In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any services on 7776cx. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 7776cx reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 7776cx is lawful in your jurisdiction. 7776cx does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited where you are located.

2.3 Capacity. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for another party, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active 7776cx account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. 7776cx will close duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 7776cx support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 7776cx may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 7776cx reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them following reasonable notice to the registered contact details.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7776cx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 7776cx's discretion and will be reflected in the cashier section of the platform.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 7776cx account balance within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day. 7776cx is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take an additional one to three business days to appear in your bank statement, depending on the receiving institution. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) no active wagering requirements must be outstanding against your balance; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold stated in the cashier section; and (d) the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where applicable under anti-money laundering procedures.

4.5 No Fees. 7776cx does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7776cx bears no responsibility.

4.6 Responsible Deposits. 7776cx strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings before making their first deposit.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7776cx are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms, the General Bonus Rules set out in this section apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered at least thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, not the total balance. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute at 10%, slots at 100%, and table games at 10% unless specifically stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and associated free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 7776cx employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent, exploitation of errors or loopholes, and coordinated play across multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

5.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a 7776cx account, or who register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, will be ineligible and any such bonuses will be voided.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on 7776cx — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slots, live roulette, baccarat, and blackjack — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing from licensed studios. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket fixtures, UFC, and football, are subject to the specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section of 7776cx. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the rules published in the sportsbook at the time the bet was placed shall govern.

6.3 Bet Confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until a unique reference number has been issued and the relevant stake has been deducted from your account balance. 7776cx is not liable for bets that fail to confirm due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Voided Bets. 7776cx reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) obvious pricing errors; (b) match abandonment or postponement beyond the period specified in the relevant betting rules; (c) technical failure that compromises the integrity of a game outcome. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance as a stake refund.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. 7776cx may impose maximum single-transaction and maximum weekly winning caps, which are stated in the relevant game or betting market rules. Winnings exceeding applicable caps will be paid to the capped amount only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7776cx and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
2. Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
3. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with 7776cx games, betting markets, or account functions.
4. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
5. Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Allowing or facilitating access to your 7776cx account by a third party, including account sharing or selling.
7. Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
8. Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets in a manner designed to manipulate outcomes.
9. Accessing 7776cx from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
10. Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at 7776cx staff or other players.

8.1 Player Tools. 7776cx provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings panel: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable to permanent).

8.2 Self-Exclusion. A player who initiates self-exclusion will have their account access suspended for the chosen period. During a self-exclusion period, 7776cx will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by the same individual. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed within the minimum period selected.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 7776cx platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, text, logos, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to 7776cx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. 7776cx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer any software; or use any automated means to access, scrape, or index the platform.

9.3 Trademarks. The 7776cx name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10.1 Data Collection. 7776cx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

10.2 Data Use. Personal data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications (subject to your consent preferences).

10.3 Data Security. 7776cx implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmitted between your device and 7776cx servers is encrypted using SSL technology.

11.1 No Warranty. The 7776cx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7776cx makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.

11.2 Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7776cx's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your verified account balance at the time the claim arises.

11.3 Excluded Losses. 7776cx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — even if 7776cx has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.4 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party software providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) are subject to those providers' own terms and technical specifications. 7776cx is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising solely from third-party game software, provided that 7776cx takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues on the player's behalf.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 7776cx account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC completion.

12.2 Closure by 7776cx. 7776cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete KYC; (d) legal or regulatory requirements; or (e) where 7776cx reasonably believes continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether voluntary or by 7776cx — your licence to access the platform is immediately revoked. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of origin. Verified real-money balances are returned subject to the conditions stated in 12.1 above.

13.1 Right to Amend. 7776cx reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

13.2 Notification. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 7776cx will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the registered account email address or a prominent platform notice.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of 7776cx following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 7776cx is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, you must first raise the matter with 7776cx support by providing full details of the dispute. 7776cx will investigate and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days. Disputes not resolved through this process may be escalated through the applicable regulatory complaints procedure.

14.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
